Our modern and extensive fleet of vehicles is a basic prerequisite for full-fledged and professional services for the recycling of metal and non-metallic scrap.
Most of our trucks are equipped with a hydraulic loading arm to simplify loading.
Some of our trucks provide daily collection of metal scrap from domestic and foreign manufacturing companies and other suppliers. We distribute carefully processed material to the end customer on a daily basis. We also have a large clientele in Germany and other EU countries.
Our fleet of trucks also includes smaller cars with lower carrying capacity to meet any demand.
We offer clients a wide range of containers suitable for storing many types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including free delivery to the desired loading location and collection according to the customer's needs.
As in other parts of the company, our people play a crucial role in ensuring quality services - we have a team of quality and experienced drivers under the leadership of an erudite transport manager.
Individual materials are sorted and then processed to create valuable and desirable raw materials for further use and processing.
scrap treatment/technology
We crush and cut metal scrap on a stationary shear with a shearing force of 800 tons and an input chamber over 7 meters long.
We cut the beams with an excavator with mobile shears with a force of 340 tons.
We package the sheets with a hydraulic press at a speed of 130 packages per hour. The resulting size is 30x30cm.
All of this is filled with material, transferred and sorted by several modern loaders. Polyp grabs (piece scrap), bucket grabs (machining chips), demolition grabs (sorting).
MThe material is collected from the place of occurrence and then dispatched, after being treated, by a fleet of trucks with "Abroll" hook-type container carriers and hydraulic loading arms with grabs. We also operate our own tractors with steel tipper semi-trailers. Even with a hydraulic arm with a reach of up to 12 meters and a lifting capacity of over 3 tons.
Smaller volumes of material are handled by lizards, and the telescopic loader rotates with a clamp to transfer the boxes.
We check everything on certified (it's impossible to do otherwise) scales up to 60 tons. We also constantly check for any increased radioactivity at the input and output.
Each delivery to the foundry is always tested for the required chemical composition using several analyzers set to tenths of a percent of the content of the sought-after element.

scrap TREATMENT/ TECHNOLOGY
At our operations, we focus on the efficient processing of metal scrap with an emphasis on environmental friendliness. We process iron and steel by shearing, melting and pressing. Non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper, bronze, brass, lead, zinc, stainless steel and cables are carefully sorted, supported by a special handheld spectrometer.
We cut the scrap on a stationary shearing machine with an impressive shearing force of 800 tons and an infeed chamber over 7 meters long. We cut the beams with an excavator equipped with a mobile shear with a capacity of 340 tons. We press the boards with a hydraulic press that can process up to 130 bales per hour with a final size of 30 x 30 cm.
The material is reloaded and sorted by several modern loaders that use poly grabs for scrap pieces, bucket grabs for processing chips and demolition grabs for sorting. Our excavators are equipped with radioactivity control devices and weighing systems. Our fleet of trucks, equipped with “roll-off” hook containers and hydraulic loading arms with grabs, ensures the transportation of material from the construction site and its dispatch. We also have our own steel tippers equipped with hydraulic arms with a reach of up to 12 meters and a lifting capacity of over 3 tons.
SSmaller quantities of material are handled using modern skid steer loaders and a telescopic loader equipped with a clamp swivel joint for moving crates. All processes are controlled on certified scales with a capacity of up to 60 tons, and we continuously monitor incoming and outgoing goods for increased radioactivity.
Each delivery to the foundry is thoroughly tested for the required chemical composition using multiple analyzers set to tenths of a percent of the element in question. Our state-of-the-art equipment and technologies ensure efficient processing of scrap metal in compliance with environmental standards.
